ESSRBOND E-SEAL Multi Surface Bonding is a single component MS Polymer based DIY application adhesive sealant. ESSRBOND NAIL FREE is a single component MS Polymer based adhesive with high bond strength and initial tack. It is specially developed as a universal adhesive for bonding various building materials without the use of clamps and/or fixing tape. It is suitable for elastic bonding on surfaces such as wood, particle board, wood, polystyrene foam, concrete, masonry, tile, ceramic, stone, plaster boards. It is also used for mounting wooden construction elements, wood and plaster panels, plaster ornaments and decorative wooden trimmings. It is also tolerant to be used on wet surfaces.

ESSRBOND Kristal Clear is a water clear high performance, flexible sealant and high strength adhesive for interior use. It cures to form a permanent, flexible and tough sealing bond, even under water, and does not require any primer to adhere to dust and oil free surfaces. It will adhere to most non-porous substrates without the use of primer and can be used on: Glass to glass adhesion / sealing, General joint sealing, Joints in coach work, container, and shipbuilding. ESSRBOND AF 40 is a MS Polymer based anti-fungal sealant specially formulated for use in hot, humid conditions such as bathrooms and kitchens. It is 100% silicone free & almost no odour sealant. It is non-staining to sensitive substrates such as marbles and granite.

ESSRBOND MP 323 multipurpose is a siliconized acrylic sealant that is designed for filling gaps near sanitary wares, switch boards, window frames and many other gap filling purposes for interior applications, where large amount of movement is not expected. It is not recommended for application where there is a continuous running water and construction expansion joint.

Used in electrical and electronic equipment, industrial components and household applications. Widely used for sealing Electrical devices and apparatus, lamps, induction stove, LED Light bonding etc. Temperature resistance is -50 to 250 °C.

NEUTRAL PLUS SEALANT
ESSRBOND 228 is a One-part room temperature cured silicone sealant. It is cost effective, multipurpose, neutral cure silicone sealant offering long term durability in a range of general sealing, general glazing, waterproofing and trade applications. Non-corrosive to concrete, brick and metals. Good adhesion to various construction substrates, such as glass, anodized aluminium, GMS steel, ceramic, and some surface treated materials. Excellent water, weatherproof and UV resistant, No Cracking or Shrinking. Resistant to temperature extremes (-60 °C to +220 °C).

GAP FILLING
ESSRBOND ACR 101 is a gap filling, interior/exterior acrylic sealant. It is having good durable, weather resistant & seals to most common building materials. It is fully paintable and sandable when cured. Uncured sealant cleans up easily with water. Suitable for Exterior & Interior Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces applications. Filling cracks up to 5 mm width.

ESSRBOND SOLAR 600 is a single component moisture cured neutral silicone sealant with good sealing & bonding performance. This product has good adhesion to aluminium, tempered glass, composite backing materials, and junction box materials. It does not corrode junction box materials and can be used for bonding and sealing of solar photovoltaic panel module frames and junction boxes. ESSRBOND 152 is a single component water base duct sealant. It is a fast setting, elastomeric joint sealant. It is an extremely flexible, water based, indoor / outdoor sealant for use on low, medium and high velocity ducts to form a durable seal against air leakage. It forms a strong bond to clean galvanized, aluminium or mild steel ducts. It is non-toxic, low VOC, non- hazardous and being water based it is also non-flammable. It is suitable for Cleanroom and Pharmaceutical Projects. It passes the Flammability test as per UL94 HB class.
ESSRBOND PP110
ESSRBOND PP110 is a single component solvent based adhesion promoting primer for movement and control joints in porous substrates like concrete, block work, gypsum board and timber. The primer forms a chemical bridge between the concrete surface and the sealant which is applied into the joint. It is well suited for ESSRBOND Polysulphide, MS Sealant Hybrid PU Sealant & Waterproof Coating etc.

ESSRBOND WPK 45 is a single component polyurethane liquid applied waterproofing membrane. Its outstanding performances allow protection and waterproofing of many areas such as: Podium, Water supply channel, Crack bridging, Under-tile wet areas (pools, bathrooms, balconies). It keeps outstanding performances for a very long period. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray gun.
ESSRBOND WPK 55
ESSRBOND WPK 55 is a single component, solvent-free, high-build, liquid-applied waterproofing coating based on MS polymer technology that is designed to coat and protect roof and terrace of buildings. It cures as a result of a reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, monolithic waterproof membrane. ESSRBOND WPK 55 is intended for use as a final layer on flat roofs, since it contains the latest technology polymers, does not get affected by the UV radiation by exhibiting extreme yellowing and chalking resistance, as is the case with competitive PU-based elastomeric waterproofing coatings, which need extra protection on top, against the UV rays.
ESSRBOND GS 500
ESSRBOND GS 500 is a hydrophobic injection grout based on polyurethane. It reacts in contact with water to form a closed cell foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by water or dryness. It is also possible to be used as Negative side application. It has excellent bond to the contact surfaces. It has tendency of deep penetration into hairline cracks.
ESSRBOND GS 502
ESSRBOND GS 502 is a very low viscous, elastic and solvent-free polyurethane injection resin. In contact with water, a uniform, closed and therefore watertight pore structure forms, which is elastic and flexible. Due to its low viscosity, it can penetrate cracks >0.2 mm in width. It can be use 1:1 ratio by volume.
ESSRBOND EB 100
ESSRBOND EB 100 is a single component ready to use moisture curing polyurethane adhesive with gap filling properties that is designed to adhere wood, MDF, fiberboard, particleboard, metal, laminates, stone, ceramic, brick, foam, fiberglass, marble, plasterboard, masonry, rubber, some plastics and many other substrates. It is a very fast setting adhesive. Initial handling strength is achieved within 30 minutes. The adhesive bond is resistant to cold and hot weather conditions. It gives a clear glue line on drying that can be sanded, painted or stained.

ESSRBOND LAM 2 LAM is a solvent free single component adhesive. It is used for pasting laminate on laminate. Paste laminate on laminate and thus simplify the furniture renovation process without removing old lamination. It gives instant holding and processing strength in a couple of hours. Before using this glue, scratch patterns at every 2 cm on the surface of old laminate by using laminate cutter for getting excellent gripping.
